Newcomb Art Museum in partnership with the Tulane Law School hosted a panel on Mass Incarceration and the Law which featured Prof. Katherine Mattes, who directs the Criminal Law Clinic at Tulane; Caroline Tillman and Mercedes Montagnes (moderator) of the Promise of Justice Initiative and Capital Appeals Project; Charell Arnold of Innocence Project New Orleans; and Soren Gisleson, partner at Herman, Herman & Katz in New Orleans.
